The breakfast choices were excellent! The room we had included a safe box, an iron, and coffee and tea making equipment. The venue was set in the central position next to shops, cafes, a bus stop to go into the city centre and the centre.

Staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was nice, it had peaceful location close to train station.

I had a wonderful overnight stay at a warm and hospitable B&B. The accommodation was incredibly clean and offered great value. Melvyn, the host, was fantastic and made me feel very welcome. He showed me around the place and explained how everything worked. I also appreciated the freedom of having my own keys to come and go as I pleased. Melvyn even gave me some great ideas for things to do during my time in Belfast. I left my car parked at the hotel and took the bus, which was convenient. The breakfast in the morning was fabulous, and Melvyn bid me a hospitable goodbye. I am definitely looking forward to my next opportunity to stay here. Thank you to Melvyn for the wonderful experience.

I cannot think of a single thing that could have been improved upon during my stay. The only minor issue was regulating the shower, but it didn't detract from the overall fantastic experience.

Welcome base for discovering Belfast. Great location, fantastic single room with beautiful bathrooms, a lovely shower, for example. Good staff always on hand. A wide range of excellent breakfast items to choose from. Location just next door to shops, cafes, the centre of Belfast and shops and restaurants. Simply nothing to complain about, great stay.

Stayed in a comfortable room with great parking. The owner was friendly and cooked a delicious breakfast. Even though the bathroom lighting was strange, everything else was excellent. I recommend this hotel.
